  • How long does the delivery take?

    We work tirelessly to deliver all our orders as soon as possible upon availability. For local deliveries, most of orders will be shipped the same day or the next day. We will always try to contact all our customers as fast as possible to notify them about any updates and/or changes in the schedule, for any delivery attempt, in order to make things easier, faster, and more convenient.

  • What does local delivery mean?

    Local delivery means that our own fleet or our RappiMarket drivers will be in charge of the delivery to your doorstep.

  • How is shipping calculated?

    The System calculates automatically shipping rates based on the location and the weight of the order.

  • I am located outside the GTA, can I still order?

    For sure, we have partnered with Canada Post to ship regions of Ontario outside of the GTA and even to other provinces across Canada. Please feel free to contact us for shipping outside our covered areas at info@rappimarket.ca or via WhatsApp at 416-5708443.

  • Can I use different payment methods such as e-transfer, bank deposit, or cash on delivery?

  • What if I have a special request, inquiry, or last-minute change in my order?

  • I don´t see any specific product or item. Can I suggest to include it?

    We are aware that many products are not in our website. That´s why we are working to expand our inventory and we strongly encourage all our customers to provide suggestions of new products so we can include in our catalog to satisfy all our customer´s cravings.
